IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity) for Minor Construction, Repair and Alterations with Design/Build Capabilities.

Current Contract Period: 5/22/2012 through 1/13/2014

The Texas Procurement and Support Services has issued Alpha Building Corporation a contract to provide construction services to state agencies and local governments on an IDIQ/Job Order/Work Order basis. These are the same services that we’ve been providing to the military, universities, school districts and municipalities, since 1973.

Alpha Building Corporation is a Texas General Contractor that has been certified as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) by the TBPC, and has been in business continuously, and successfully, since 1969. In addition to Job Order Contracts (JOC) in Tennessee and Arkansas, Alpha is currently providing construction services for seventeen universities, three cities and two school districts in Texas. Most of Alpha’s customers are long term, repeat clientele who have come to depend on us to provide quality construction, in a timely manner, and at a fair price.

Pricing for individual projects under the TXMAS contract will be based on a pre-specified coefficient that is applied to a nationally recognized Unit Price Book for construction costs - The R. S. Means Facilities Construction Cost Data UPB.
