Kathleen Acock is a second generation owner of Alpha Building Corporation, accepting the role of President of the firm in 1992, and assuming ownership in 1993.
Ms. Acock is a member of the Construction Industry Advisory Council of Texas A&M University, and a founding member of the CIAC at the University of Texas at San Antonio. A Board Member of the South Texas Chapter of the Associated Builders & Contractors, Ms. Acock is a member of the government committee and the ABC State Board.
Richard Booher joined Alpha in 1993 after serving 20 years with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and three years as the Director of Engineering and Housing at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio. He received his Civil Engineering degree from Michigan Tech University, and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
Mr. Booher is directly responsible for project success and client support for all of Alpha's operations - Job Order Contracts, CMatRisk, or Design-Build.
Pete Ralph has been with Alpha since 1997 and, uniquely beneficial to a General Contractor, possesses degrees in Civil Engineering and Accounting.
In addition to his years of public and construction accounting experience, he has over 20 years of construction management expertise.
Mr. Ralph is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association and the CFO Forum of San Antonio
Ron Fuller began his career with Alpha in 1983, working on Alpha's contract with NASA/Johnson Space Center.
A Registered Safety Officer, and OSHA certified trainer, Mr. Fuller is responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of Alpha's award winning Safety Program.
Ron Fuller was instrumental in the development of Alpha's Three Phase Plan for Quality Inspection and Control in accordance with Corps of Engineers guidelines.
Jimmie Ham joined Alpha as a Project Manager for the Fort Sam Houston Job Order Contract in 1989.
In 1976 he began his career in construction as a Field Engineer after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics.
Mr. Ham's responsibilities include Program Management of the company's Construction Manager at Risk and Design-Build projects in Texas.
Andrew Hicks came to Alpha Building Corporation in 1989, after serving as Project Estimator/Manager for the Navy Public Works JOC at Pearl Harbor and San Diego.
After serving as Project Engineer and Deputy Project Manager for Alpha's JOC at Fort Sam Houston, Andy took over as Project Manager for Alpha's Work Order Requirements Contract at Texas A&M University.
After managing the TAMU contract successfully for ten years, in 2006 Andy moved into the Corporate position of Director of Business Development.
Andy has a degree in Marine Engineering from Texas A&M University.
David Page began his tenure with Alpha Building Corporation as its Business Manager in 1990, later assuming responsibility for the establishment of the company's Human Resources Department.
Currently working as Alpha's IT Manager, David is responsible for the administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure—networking all of Alpha's offices in Texas, Tennessee, Arkansas and Oklahoma.
