Job Order Contracting

• A competitively bid, multi-year contract to perform minor construction and renovation projects on an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity basis. Through JOC an owner can complete a variety of small to mid-sized projects under one contract, saving both time and money by eliminating multiple bid processes. Through JOC’s joint scoping process for minor or recurring projects, design time can be eliminated,  shortening the project’s delivery time.

Design-Build

• Design-Build projects team the contractor and A/E firms in the planning stages of a project. The contractor works with the owner, architect and engineer to perform constructability reviews during the design process; reduce project costs without reducing the function of the final product; and reduce time from project concept to completion.

Construction Manager at Risk

• CMatRisk is a construction delivery method in which the contractor acts as a consultant to the owner during the design phase, and as a general contractor during construction. Once the design is finished the construction manager gives the owner a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP)  for the project, giving the CM additional incentive to control project schedules and costs.
